The Modine DSI IGNITOR is the number one replacement IGNITOR used for all Modine products. It is a plug connector and wire lead ignition system. The ignition system is a primary ignition system and will not operate secondary burners properly. This part is designed for use with models M-Series, V-Series, P-Series, Q-RC Series, QH-RCC Series.

Modine DSI Ignitor is a 100% solid state electronic ignition system designed for use with gas fired heating equipment. The DSI Ignitor is available in five applications: fan coil, rooftop air handler, wet pipe sprinkler control valves, volume control valves and fuel gas valve for industrial use. It can be used to replace magnetic, low voltage or high voltage, including pilot and LP-gas systems in heating equipment. Modine DSI Ignitors are covered by the CE Marking safety certification.
The DSI Ignitor replaces a standard flame rod and is used to ignite vent free appliances. Features a ceramic tip, with a .099 in. diameter hole to prevent blockage, resists breakage and embering during the ignition process.
