This 12-in. oven with 6 knobs includes a 30-min. timer and safety heat sensors that shut the oven off when necessary.

The F12222K 208/240V Motor is designed for use with Southbend's Convection Ovens. The Motor features a class horsepower and a thermal overload protection that automatically shuts off the equipment whenever it senses excessive heating. A permanently lubricated ball bearing reduces noise and friction while lowering energy consumption. This motor is induction ready to allow for quick installation.

This 4-slot, high speed, 208/240 V, 1-Phase motor is designed to operate this model of combination convection oven. Has a service factor of 1.0.
