VALVE ACTUATOR 8" DIAPHRAGM DA 4-11
Designed for specific pneumatic applications, this valve actuator features a 4-11 psi spring range and 3/4in stroke. It includes a plastic housing, a diaphragm, and a push rod. The main body of the valve is constructed from 20-gauge steel. With a fatigue life of 10 million strokes, this product has a fluid connection size of 1/2in, and an air intake pressure of 70 PSI (4 bar).
The small and economical 2349 Pneumatic Coil Valve Actuator has a standard air pressure requirement of 4 to 11 psi. The body is easily accessible for wiring connections from the rear. The diaphragm is constructed of Buna-N rubber. Operating force is supplied from diaphragm spring force that varies with operating pressure of compressed air supplied.
This pneumatic coil valve actuator fits 19mm-23mm diaphragm valves. It has an exceptionally large stroke of 8" and can generate up to 18 lb. (8 kg) force to open a valve. The high quality chrome plated steel frame is cast as one piece, which reduces no-load lead flex and minimizes vibration for smooth operation.
The MED FORCE 3/4" coil valve actuator has a 3/4in. stroke, center off position, ceiling limit switch, 4 - 11 psi spring range and 2 wire thermocouple standard. The magnet assembly is 2-1/8in. wide by 2in. high and the overall length of this unit is 5-5/8in.. The mounting flange measures 1-1/2in. wide by 1in. high. This 4 pole version has a C-face configuration that includes four small round poles around the perimeter of the face plate for added versatility and an additional large central
The Honeywell Med Force series is a pneumatic diaphragm valve actuator. Use of this product involves risks which include, but are not limited to, explosion, fire, extreme force, and injury. Contact a Honeywell representative whom can discuss specific applications prior to use.
The Honeywell 7 Series actuator is our top-of-the-line valve actuator. It is designed for applications requiring the ultimate in performance, service life and dependability.
The SP Series high-medium force valve actuators are ideal for a variety of applications where control of large or small air supply (0.8 to 100 l/s) is required. Their rugged design and construction make them reliable companions for virtually any application imaginable.
