The Nibco PC5 opens up press fitting possibilities on new and existing piping systems. It is the ultimate in press chain link adapters. The Nibco PC5 Press Chain Adapter Jaw is a specially machined jaw designed to use with Nibco PC10 or PC20 Press Chains.

Nibco PC5Press-Chain Screw-Jaw Adapters are designed to permit a Press-Type Chain Outside Diameter (O.D.) larger than the inside O.D. of the part being assembled. The tooth is designed to grip and rotate around the work piece as it acts on the outside O.D. of the shaft or bolt.<-- reels

The Nibco PC5 is a chain adapter jaw designed to be used with a standard coupling at the inlet side of a sanitary pump. It allows you to press a discharge port pipe directly into the socket of a sanitary pump. With its stainless steel construction, this piece has superior resistance to corrosion and abrasion. The Nibco PC5 features a standard/fine thread design . In addition, it can make an excellent weld joint without the need to use welding inserts or other add-ons.

Each press chain adapter jaw is constructed of high impact plastic with an optional serrated jaw to prevent the lateral movement of the jaws during chain adjustment. Nibco plated facing and bearing surfaces resist wear and are easily removable for cleaning. SPECIFICATIONS:

The Nibco Press Chain Adapter Jaw is designed to change your Nibco Press Chain into a threading machine. Typically used for dowels and bolts. It clamps on to the bar and makes sure that when you use the press chain, you can start on one side and have it end at the other end right where you want it as if you had threading dies. It also works well on parts which are long but not deep.
