The US Motors D3P2AHZ 3hp 1725rpm 208-230/460v Motor has double insulation and thermoplastic enclosures. It is a split phase induction motor with a hinged design to simplify installation. The accessories allow for quick and easy mounting onto the stable base. The 26A single phase or three phase thermal overload protector will provide safe operation of this motor.
This US Motors D3P2AHZ Nidec- 3hp 1725rpm 208-230/460v motor has a full range of stainless steel mounting brackets. Control panel mounting options include keyhole slots and #10 bolt threaded holes on 3/8" centers.

The Universal Series offers a compact, cost-effective alternative for applications requiring 2 to 20 horsepower, 1725 or 2300 rpm motors, and 208-230/460 volts. With the ability to operate at 300 percent overload for 30 seconds, the motor features solid shaft construction, hook-base frame with bolted and gasketed lid, and easily accessible terminal blocks. The D3P2AHZ is a 3 horsepower variable-speed, single-phase, shaded-pole AC induction motor rated at 1725 rpm (full load) with an efficiency of 90%. This Nidec brand motor features a Class B insulation, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) design and a double shielded ball bearing construction.
Built-in overload protection helps prevent motor damage, and a rigid steel enclosure provides thermal protection. The motor is wired for 208-240V or 460V with no change to its mechanical packaging so it can be used in any country with the proper plug/connector. Features a permanent split capacitor and slow-running fan design for improved efficiency, as well as power mounting brackets to simplify installation. This motor was designed for highly efficient operation and uses Nidec (New International Electric Corp.) 1725/1000GPM Synchronous motors, which contain the highest energy factor (Eff) available.
