The CONDENSATE J-TRAP is a drain jug designed to trap and hold condensate water before it reaches the drain line. The patented "J" shaped wall of the CONDENSATE J-TRAP draws condensate into its center chamber where it is removed through an overflow tube with the help of a GRAVITY SUMP PUMP.

The Condensate J-Trap is made specifically for Nordyne central air conditioners. The condensate must be drained outside for the central air conditioning system to operate correctly. Any condensate that continues to drain into floor drains or toilet traps may cause sewer gases to be vented into the home. The J-trap prevents this from occurring by removing condensate from the drain line and allows it to flow freely, preventing any unnecessary odors from entering your home. The J-trap fits securely, allowing you peace of mind while maintaining your Nordyne central air conditioner efficiently and effectively all year long.
