The HEL4833 Helicoil 4833 Oxygen Sensor Thread Repair Kit is used for repairing tapped holes which have been stripped or damaged due to wear, corrosion, and over-torque. This kit features hexagon shaped nuts that are left permanently embedded in the damaged threads. The nut is designed with three equally-spaced fins on its bottom. The fins form a wedge which grips the surface of the threads and prevents the nut from rotating after installation. The HEL4833 is packaged in a blow molded case (package dimensions: 4-1/4" W x 2-5/8" H).
