The P100AA-2C Pressure Control has a NEMA 1 enclosure rating and is fully shielded, making it suitable for use in clean, dry conditions. Its rated pressure range of 35-60 psi offers flexibility for a variety of applications. The maximum temperature rating of 150 degrees Fahrenheit allows this pressure controller to work with liquid, slurry, steam, water, glycol, air, natural gas, or liquid propane.

The P100AA-2C encapsulated pressure control is an explosion proof control for gas service pressures up to 2,400 psig (1,405 bar) with CGA 510 connection. Pressure settings are 40 psig (2.76 bar), 50 psig (3.45 bar), 60 psig (4.23 bar). The P100AA-2C has three adjustment valves - two on the front of the cover and one on the bottom of the housing. The Johnson Controls P100AA-2C Pressure Regulator/Controller is an electronically controlled, P-type throttling valve used to control air or refrigerant flow in heat pump, air conditioning and refrigeration systems using R-22 refrigerant.

The Johnson Controls P100AA-2C directs process fluid to one or two outlets at different pressures. The control's output pressure is determined by adding or subtracting nonadjustable pressure components. This controller registers high accuracy with a 0.3 percent total error band, 0.5 percent repeatability, an inherently limited proportional band of 60 percent, and an electric current output of 400 mA @ 24 V DC/ 10 V DC/ 11 V DC.

The P100AA Series provides precise, accurate and stable relief valve performance. These controls have a maximum pressure setting of 15 psi and a relief pressure range of 0 psi to 2 psi. They can be used in single or dual-acting systems, or as a safety relief device. All diaphragms are pre-set at the factory to meet the required relieving pressure at sea level for a given temperature.
