The Coil Cleaner, FM1, Foam-Max cleaner is designed for cleaning steam system heat exchangers. The formulation contains 3 x more foam than competitive products, which displaces the dirt and deposits it at the drain. Sulfur-based foaming agent is biodegradable upon exposure to air and does not dissolve in water.

Parker 8012910 is a Coil Cleaner formulated to be used in tight spaces, where foamer is impossible or hard to use. The product contains two low velocity cleaning agents, one for cleaning and one for restoring all coils affected by oil, sludge and hard water deposits. This coil cleaner will loosen and help with the removal of petroleums, oils and similar products that have accumulated on the coils. This coil cleaner may be used for heating coils made from soda lime, silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, refractory metals or other combinations of materials found in the HVAC industry.
