The SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC PND-002-1 PND-002-1 Diaphragm MK-3000 Series is designed to meet the electrical needs of gas and electric hot water heating applications. The unit includes a status LED, adjustable heat control, and accessories for better performance.

The PND-002-1 is a replacement diaphragm for the AEL, AEM, and AHL Air/Electric Lubricator MK-3000 Series. This diaphragm is used in a variety of demanding applications, including those requiring extremely high operating pressures and temperatures as well as the need to prolong service life by avoiding the impingement of foreign materials. Using this diaphragm will reduce your downtime and increase the efficiency of your equipment.

The MK-3000 series is a high performance silicone diaphragm offering unparalleled performance. Made of platinum cured silicone, this sensor offers a long life span (a minimum of 10-years), and superior performance during the process of rupture.

The Schneider Electric PND-002-1 diaphragm is for use with the MK-3000 Series negative pressure wound therapy device.

The MK-3000 Series are electropneumatic diaphragm valves designed to control the flow of gases or fluids in most applications. The valves control flow by drawing a controlled area of gas or fluid into a chamber, where it is heated by an electrical spark. The signal produced when the gas or fluid expands against a counter-flow of gas or fluid opens a three layered, spring loaded valve to allow gas and fluid to flow. Gas flow is reversed after the valve closes.

The MK-3000 Series is a pilot operated 2/3 port metering flow regulator. It is a non-rising stem diaphragm type flow regulator designed to meter flow up to 1 GPM. Private Naming Device is an industry-first feature that allows your company name or part number to be permanently imprinted on the part.
