The Field Controls PPC-4 Thermal Post Purge Kit (Part No. 46094100) is a purging system that includes everything needed to easily purge the thermal post and volume control valve on a Scorbitt Model 6800/6830-2.

The PPC-4 Post Purge Kit (46094100) for the Field Controls model PT5800 is designed to purge air out of steam supply lines on an existing automated heating system. This will help with condensing and preventing corrosion in your steam traps. This kit allows you to connect up to 3 different lines along with a temperature sensor and a level switch.

This Thermal post purge kit is used after utility power or a generator is connected to an open control panel enclosure. The purge kit is connected to the thermostat before the circuit breaker at the load center of the building.

The Field Controls PPC-4 Thermal Post Purge Kit allows refrigerants to be safely vented from commercial ice machines. This 4" orifice is for use with Chillers, Condensing Units, Air Cooled Liquor Tanks, Walk-Ins and Remote Condenser units. The kit can also be used in new installation applications for air cooled equipment allowing the controls system to purge the entire distribution tubing system prior to an initial run.

The Thermal Post Purge Kit is used to purge the main line as well as isolate the formation from the straddle pack area of all wells that are equipped with a thermal wellhead control system. The Thermal Post Purge Kit can be connected to the liner or tubing hanger prior to cutting and falls away exposing the ball in the straddle pack after purging is completed.

The post purge kit is designed to purge the hot water in the thermal tube after each case has been heat sealed. The kit consists of Thermal Post Purge unit and a 1/2 inch valved ball valve. Simply connect this device to the keg to allow the gas from inside the keg to force water out of all ports.
