The F12174 pressure switch is ideal for use where easy switching between suction and pressure is desired, such as in a simplex or manifold system. The low-profile pneumatic diaphragm switch is housed in a thermoplastic enclosure equipped with an integral 6 inch (150 mm) wire lead and two molded mounting lugs. GROEN F12174 PTFE Diaphragm Pressure Switches are manufactured with a pneumatic diaphragm and stainless steel housing that are resistant to chemicals normally found in process control applications. The larger variety of operating environments is possible with replacement or stainless steel diaphragms.

The PTFE diaphragm and PORCUPINE needle offer generous flow even at low pressures making this a great choice for siphon feeding growing plants, air pumps or dry-filtration. The PORCUPINE also provides a responsive actuator that lets you fine tune pressure and get it just right.

Pressure switches are used to turn on systems, such as pumps, burners or valves, at predetermined pressures. These switches can be used in a variety of different applications from controlling pressure on a recirculating pump system to protection against over-pressure in a steam trap. The GX Series pressure switch provides this protection for recirculating and circulating water systems where traditional diaphragm switches are not recommended. The F-12 series of valves are compact, high performance pressure reducing valves. It is capable of reducing pressures from 1200 PSI to 14 PSI. This valve is operating range is usually accomplished through a single cavity design. The G-12 series of valves are available in an Aluminum or a Carbon Steel body. The G-12 series of valves can be ordered with a PTFE diaphragm and seat, carbon spring, or stainless steel spring seats.
