The Probe Assembly is designed to replace the damaged probe assembly on TH/II and iIch/II cooking and heating units. This brand has been known for years of proven quality, technologically advanced design, and exceptional performance.

The probe assembly is a sub-assembly of F11106. The probe assembly include probes and wires to measure two products. This probe assembly fits many models: TH30, TH40, TH50, II20, II22.#

The Probe Assembly for the F11106 and F36106 is intended to be assembled with the probe leadwires from the temperature/control unit so that they can be inserted into the food. The assembly provides a tighter tolerance, more compact probe assembly and allows for tighter placement in the cabinet during electrical assembly

The Probe Assembly provides the means for cooking food in any container having lid that is less than 8 inches deep. It also provides the means for cooking food in pans that are sloped or curved, and the means for inserting a thermocouple wire into the container.

The F11106 Probe Assembly fits ALTO-SHAAM TH/II/IIC Walk-in Coolers and holds the Temperature Probe (included with the F10097 Probe Set). The F11106 also holds the alarm sensor for the remote readout.
