The PROBE for BLODGETT part# 23392 is a push-to-test probe that has a temperature sensor with a heat resistance of 230 degrees Farenheit.
At the touch of a button, PROBE® software allows you to view and record all Blodgett cooking information. The built-in thermal probe then instantly reads the actual oven temp and displays it on the large display. The PROBE for Blodgett is ideal for cooking consistency and seeing temperatures into the heart of food. The PROBE features an adjustable thermometer probe with a 3 ft. (0.9 m) cord that plugs directly into the oven terminal, so internal oven temperature can be monitored without opening the door.
The PROBE for Blodgett is an adjustable temperature prober. It has a quick ramp up and cool down allowing the probe to track the set point of the oven. The PROBE is designed to work with Blodgett Style Ovens, Bakers Pride Ovens and other cooking equipment that uses a linear probe.
PROBE for Blodgett is the most advanced thermometer on the market. It has 2 probes and can monitor either a stove or an oven. To help determine if food is cooked, it can be used to find the internal temperature of food by putting one probe in the boiling water to create steam/water vapor and inserting the thermometer into meat, vegetables, etc.
The PROBE is a simple and easy to use built-in oven temp monitoring system. The PROBE monitors the internal temperature of your baking sheet in your Blodgett convection oven. It's easy to install and is designed for #12 through #29 inch diameter baking sheets. The PROBE also has a separate magnetic adapter that can be installed on any current Blodgett probe, converting your current probe into one that will work with the PROBE.
