The PTFE Sheet 19.4 X 27.8 Part#27985 is designed for the Nieco Model CW 20 Electrode.

The Nieco 27985 PTFE sheet 19.4x27.8 is manufactured using the finest PTFE available. The low coefficient of friction of approximately 0.04 minimizes sliding friction and galling to provide an optimum surface for use with sliding surfaces. It is not stitched and it is not perforated in this area. The maximum temperature is 446 deg F with a hardness of Shore A 75-80.

Ask for part # 27985 when you order to ensure that you get the genuine Nieco PTFE sheet. The generic version is available at a lower price but not consistent with Nieco factories original requirements. This PTFE sheet will last for many substrates such as glass, plastic, aluminum and more!
