The R-4000-4 PRESSURE REGULATOR 1-6# SPAN is used for individual vaporizer systems. It supplies the same amount of refrigerant under all load conditions.

The 3528 Series 1-6# Pressure Regulator puts you in the driver's seat, giving you an additional control valve and eliminating many external connections required to handle process waste streams.

R-4000 Series Pressure Regulators feature a single outlet head, top mounted hand wheel and independently adjustable pilot. The optional Pilot Lock (R-4021) allows the pilot to be locked off or on under pressure. Designs are straight through or torch style depending on model. Regulators are constructed of brass, bronze and steel for corrosion resistance. Models are low pressure (LP) for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) operation (1-6 lb.). Gas type is normally butane. Parts are interchangeable with most other manufacturers' regulators that may be used in LPG applications.

The RL3528 series of pressure regulators is designed for use at higher pressures and is a popular choice in the refrigeration industry. These models have a service port on the top of the valve and may be used with either line or load connection configurations. Reducing valves are available as single, double or quad units which can control pressures from 1inWC up to 35inWC for line connection and 0.5-6#/inwc for load connection.

With our patented pressure-sensitive control, you can now precisely regulate pressure delivered to the process. This unique "pressure regulator" is easy to set and features a bright colored, knob for quick identification of the desired setting. The R-4000-4 regulator will sense pressure loss in the hose line and automatically compensate for it. Any pressure drop will be copied exactly to the output side thereby avoiding any variations in process flow.

The R-4000 Pressure Regulator combines direct­acting or relief application in a compact, totally enclosed, easy to service unit. Hydraulic operation combines the advantages of a balanced mechanical seal with a poppet valve for a leakproof seal and long life. Oil-lubricated double bearings with triple seals, coupled with pressure compensated operator controls assures the highest possible accuracy in maintaining set pressure.

The Johnson Controls 3528 R-4000 Pressure Regulator provides positive shut-off to eliminate surging and blowing, while reducing energy consumption and lowering operating costs.

The Johnson Controls 3528 R-4000-4 regulator pressure relief valve is designed to relieve steam pressure in heating systems. This pressure regulator fits shutoff valves with a 1/2" connections on the inlet port. The maximum temperature for this pressure relief valve is 250 F, while the minimum temperature for this pressure relief valve is 120 F.

The R-4000-4 is a three-port high pressure regulator. It is designed for use with some specialty HVAC applications (heater/cooler, heating pads, some dehumidifiers). It permits precise temperature control of chilled water or steam by reducing the input pressure to 2000 or 4000 psi. Control of temperature at the heating source is maintained by adjustment of the control valve downstream of the regulator. Suitable for low temperature circulating water heaters (not exceeding 180°F (82°C)).

The R-4000 series of regulators add industrial grade controls to almost any hydraulic application. With the entire flow range controlled accurately and easily by a single valve, flow can be adjusted across an entire system without having to manually adjust individual components.
