Rain Bird ET/1PK drip irrigation emitter tool. This multi-function tool simplifies adding or removing spot watering emitters, 1/4" fittings and 1/4" tubing plugs. Pierce hole in tubing and install emitter in one easy step. From the Manufacturer: Rain Bird’s ET/1PK Emitter Tool is a convenient multi-function tool which punctures 1/2” tubing and applies an emitter or 1/4” fitting in one rapid action. It quickly adds or removes spot watering emitters, 1/4” barbed fittings, and 1/4” tubing plugs. Simply place an emitter or fitting on the opening in end of tool and press barbed point into the side wall of 1/2" tubing. Pull tool away leaving the emitter or fitting embedded in tubing; now push 1/4" tubing onto the emitter or fitting. To remove emitters or fittings use the notch in the side of tool. To insert tubing plugs to seal holes in 1/2" tubing use the larger hole located in opposite end of Emitter Tool. Highly visible light purple color makes tool easier to see in grass, soil etc. Comes in a convenient re-sealable zip-lock bag for organization and ease of identification. **Installation tip: for easier penetration employ a slight twisting motion when inserting emitters or fittings.
