A 100F to 240F Manifold Mount Pressure Switch for Solar Domestic Hot Water Systems.

The Control-Temp Hi Limit Manifold with optical thermometer stem (No. 007144F) is a factory or field installed mounting unit containing the normally closed limit switches and optical thermometer. The housing of the manifold is supplied with a hex nut to secure the manifold to the housing flange of the water heater.

The Control-Temp Hi Limit Man switch (patented) serves as a manual reset switch and/or to start/stop a specific process in the following applications; commercial swimming pool equipment, industrial exhaust fans, residential heating, ventilating, or air conditioning systems, superheaters/heat recovery steam generators that run oil burner units.

This Ceramic Hi Limit Controller and Relay is Specially Designed for use with Control-Temp, Aqua-Glo or other Aquarium Heaters. It features a Separate BRASS High Temperature Off/On Switch, High Temperature Wire Terminals, and a Ceramic Element. It Operates with 2 Bold-Head Phillips Screws (not provided). The Hi Limit Valve will Activate at 225F. Maximum of 7 Amps.

Limit switches are used to prevent the temperature of an oven from exceeding a predetermined set point. In this unit, the control-temp primary limit switch assembly is mounted on the heat relay. The upper thermostat and bimetal disc assembly is mounted on the bake manifold assembly. When a predetermined temperature is reached, the upper thermostat rapidly opens, removing the power supply to the bake solenoid valve and holding down the bake time termination switch to initiate a bake abort sequence .
