The Rheem 51-104304-06 -Ruud Eon ECM Motor 1/2 hp is designed for a variety of applications, including air handlers and wall hung floor units. This unit has a power factor of 0.82 and a thermal protector. It also features a delta T of 10°, 115/60/1 V system voltage, and a permanently lubricated pump. The motor has a 2250 rpm shaded pole base RPM speed, and 208-230/460 volts full load current. It has an amp draw of 3.8/, and comes with a NEMA 1 location base.

The Rheem Ruud EON ECM-1/2-hp motor is suitable for use on all gas and liquid water heaters and will run approximately 3000 hours. This unit makes a great replacement or new installation on natural liquid propane (L.P.) and natural gas water heaters.

This 1/2 Hp Immersion Element contains an internal stator, which magnetically rotates the copper alloy elements within the tank producing heat at approximately 24 volts. Rotating at 3600 RPM, this system provides fast heat up times, while providing comfort-level temperatures through the primary heating circuit. This unit is capable of producing either 230 or 460 watts of heat.

The ECM motor can run 3,100 hours before needing to be replaced, and is designed for efficiency and improved performance. It runs more quietly than other motors and also runs cooler, which helps it last longer

A higher efficiency ECM motor operates at up to 70% AFUE efficiency. Airflow sensor monitors indoor humidity for energy efficiency. For added convenience, the 2-stage variable electronic direct spark ignition system produces a consistent flame pattern at all times.
