The RHEEM 51-102728-06 Motor - ECM are designed specifically for RHEEM outdoor central air conditioners, including the following models:

The RHEEM 51-102728-06 ECM motor is designed as an outdoor unit. The ECM motor is available in 208 Volt with copper windings that are insulated at a temperature of 55C to 75C and have a B4 duty cycle. The ECM motor can be applied to for air to air heat pumps, water heating systems, pool or spa motors, security system motors and window AC units

This motor is for the outdoor unit.

This motor is used for outdoor units and is not a substitute for whole unit . Please refer to serial number on original motor.

NEMA Premium® is the highest standard for residential outdoor products and this motor meets the NEMA Premium® specification. The NEMA Premium® standard has been set by the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), which establishes standards for home appliances and other motors for outdoor use. NEMA Premium® products are built to endure extreme weather conditions, which includes cold, heat and humidity extremes. To qualify for a NEMA Premium® rating, a motor must withstand short circuit conditions of 1.1 x In. (3 x 8 cm) or greater duration without experiencing damage, as well as a continuous current of 6.3

Rheem outdoor motors (Models 31RA, 42RA, HP07RA, and HP10RA) are designed to be professionally installed by a qualified technician. A 48 state Universal motor overload protector is recommended.
