The 3/8ODF service valve prevents the loss of refrigerant in the event the condensing unit flood switch is activated and prevents the energizing of the high-pressure switch.

The Ruud 61-104914-05 -Ruud 3/8ODF SERVICE VALVE a service valve for the RUUD HVAC unit. This part is constructed with brass content and is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. These valves are standard in units manufactured prior to 1997, and protected for corrosion resistance from the factory as long as they are installed with a drip cap or drip shield.

Rheem Service Valve – 8in (OD x 0.5in ID), Connects to Rheem Column for Drain Line Maintenance. This part is used on 3/8? water lines and requires a G1140 column adapter to connect to a 11/4? line, fasteners not included, Serial Number prefix BFG, BFH, BKF, or BKH.
