The DSI Ignitor is a gas igniter made to work specifically with Rheem's models

The DSI Ignitor is a low cost, high demand replacement part used for the ignition of gas water heaters.

The DSI Ignitor comes with a reliable, sturdy galvanized metal enclosure with powder-coated finish design that offers increased durability and resistance to corrosion in most outdoor conditions. The DSI Ignitor also offers a protection from overload by shorting the gas out at the low-level float switch.

The DSI Ignitor is a permanent or field replaceable ignition module that mounts to the outdoor coil and operates up to two indoor air handler units. It is designed for use with all Rheem residential gas water heaters with electronic ignition. The Ignitor requires a DSI Power Value Kit which includes the power transformer, power supply, primary fusing and secondary fusing.

All you need to get your gas furnace up and running again. This DSI Ignitor fits the Rheem 62-23556-08 and other gas fired furnaces.

The DSI Ignitor is for use with Rheem and certain Ruud domestic tank and field installed heat pumps. This product replaces the current Ignitor, model number 62-23556-06 and features a new mounting bracket.

This DSI Ignitor features breakaway tabs and the ability to learn from or mimic other ignitors for perfect ignition. It is compatible with gas, oil, and pellet heater models.
