The RHEEM 70-21859-05 18"" Fan Coil Unit uses a refrigerant type of R 404A and has a cooling capacity of 6000 BTU. The RHEEM 70-21859-05 also has an Electric heat strip that heats up to 120,000 BTUs and is located on the electric heat strip. This coil comes with a 10 ft x 3/8"" flexible copper tubing with clamps as well as a 3/8"" disconnect and a 20 amp plug for connecting the power.
