The RHEEM 95-102925-03 Ruud Wire Grille is constructed from galvanized steel, and designed to be field installed to 24" x 25" Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) grills. It has a 16 gauge perforated steel mesh that also features an aluminum frame that holds the wire. The wire is 17 gauge galvanized steel and measures 5/8 inches wide.

The wire grille is designed for Ruud ductless mini-split air conditioners. It is used to protect the outdoor section of Ruud ductless mini-split air conditioners from mild debris and insects, while allowing the conditioned air to be pushed throughout the house. The wire grille should be installed in the area where the conditioned air is circulated. The grille has a one piece crown and base with rivets for added durability.

A wire grille is normally located above a vent or duct system and is designed to prevent objects from being blown or dropped into it.

The Ruud Wire Grille is designed to fit most Rheem units. It is used in conjunction with condenser coil protection assemblies and frame assemblies to enclose the top of the unit.

The Ruud wire grille is the best replacement for buying expensive and over priced agregate style grills. The agregate style grills are almost impossible to find, be sure to check with your local builder supplies store that may have them.
