The Ridge Model 2-A is a heavy duty pipe cutter designed to cut 1/8" - 2" steel pipe only. The heavy weight of the tool, in addition to its ratcheting action, provides maximum efficiency and cutting power.
The Model 2-A Heavy-Duty Pipe Cutter is ideal for commercial and industrial applications. It can cut copper, aluminum, and steel pipe with wall thicknesses up to 3/8". Featuring Ridgid's innovative handle rotation mechanism and V-shaped blade, this cutter provides greater cutting power with reduced fatigue during extended use.
RIDGID® Model 2-A pipe cutters cut a full range of pipe sizes from 1" to 2" in diameter. The heavy-duty cast iron construction and extra large opening makes the Model 2-A cut pipe easily with less wheel wear when the jaws are adjusted correctly. Each pipe cutter is vibration and sound tested for consistent accuracy. This pipe cutter features a 3" depth of cut, low profile knobs for easy adjustment, and an easy key-wrench adjustment for changing jaw inserts. The removable handle allows for convenient storage on a peg board.
The Ridgid Pipe Cutter features a heavy duty cast steel frame and high quality high-impact plastic handles. It cuts 1/8" - 2" in carbon or stainless steel pipe.
The Model 2-A Pipe Cutter is designed for pipe in the 1/8" to 2" range. The cutter blade is propelled by a spring mechanism and self adjust to most sizes of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Manufactured using superior quality components with precision ground gears, this cutter will provide long trouble free service. The cutter frame is of heavy duty welded construction for rigidity and durability.
