The Robertshaw 5000-813 60/250F TEMP.CONTROL is a doublepole thermostat for use with electric baseboard heaters. This thermostat is made of high quality plastic, which is UL rated at 300°F. It has a durable design that will last you through the years and resist corrosion.

For commercial and residential use. Immersion type. Permanently lubricated. Cast iron and steel case and head, satin chrome plated brass and stainless steel stem and bonnet, floating thermocouple. For use on boilers, hot water tanks, radiators, baseboard heaters and circulating pumps. Factory set 60/250F; factory serviceable parts; adjustable stem; tubular element; limits: fail-safe open (temperature control) or fail-safe closed (probe-in-liquid).

The 5000-813 Series is an NTC thermometer for measuring temperature in indoor air conditioning, refrigeration equipment. The thermometer includes a carbide-resin, pressure equalized bulb that withstands temperatures up to 250°F (121°C). The thermometer contains 0.25" NPT male threaded connection on the stem for connection to tubing with standard 1/8" compression fitting.

Robertshaw 5000-813 thermostat controls two separate circuits of the heating system, with an on-off rocker switch for each circuit. The heat anticipator control prevents short cycling of the unit, and the fixed limit control is used to prevent overheating of the unit.
