Measure the temperature of your food, in a variety of oven types with the RTD BCO/GDCO PROBE for Bakers Pride. This probe is used on the outside of the oven and comes with a 12 foot cord so you never have to leave your station.

The RTD BCO/GDCO Probe is a replacement tool for the Bakers Pride P117-ADC BakeXpert oven. This probe is used in conjunction with the optional PrestoTester 2 Temperature Controller to maintain the temperature in any type of oven.

The RTD BCO/GDCO probe allows a tester to probe a bread or roll pan up to 3 different places at once and display the center out temp of the bread or roll. Probe is removable and slides onto the Baker's Pride 1200 or The Bakery Pal. Also designed with a locking 2 hour auto shutoff to eliminate over cooking. All probes are made in compliance with UL-305A standards.

The RTD BCO/GDCO probe is for checking the temperature of pre-baked or pre-cooked items. The bimetallic stem inside a dual sensing section incorporates a thin, light weight, shear-type thermometer as well as a thermocouple to provide fast response and reliable accuracy to + 2 degrees F.

The RTD probe is a replacement for the BCO/GDCO temperature controller. The factory default setting for this probe is 482°; however, users may change this value to meet the needs of their recipe.

This item is brand new and comes with the full manufacturer warranty. These probes are designed specifically to fit Bakers Pride Ovens, they will not work with any other oven.
