Add the last key component to your Heat & Glo gas fireplace system and bring home an enjoyable atmosphere of warmth and comfort. This York Gas Valve Air Pressure Switch operates as a safety device for any Heat & Glo or other brand gas fireplaces that feature a direct vent gas fireplace insert. This switch monitors the amount of combustion airflow into your furnace and adjusts it if too much airflow occurs, cutting off the flow and shutting off the heating unit. It also monitors if there is not enough air flow and will turn on the burner to increase circulation until it is able to reach the desired temperature, preventing overheating.
