The York 1/3HP ECM Condenser Utility Motor is a permanently lubricated motor designed specifically for applications that require longer periods of continuous operation. The ECM motor incorporates an Electronically Commutated Motor brushless design to provide enhanced motor efficiency, extended motor life, and complete protection against overloads due to sudden increases in load. These heavy-duty, open drip-proof motors are ideally suited for use in pumps, blowers, compressors, conveyors, fans, valves, saws, generators and other industrial equipment. They are also used in commercial ice machines.

The 143304 condenser is compatible with all of the gas-fired York furnace models. It features a low ambient capability of -40 F, a high ambient capability of +140 F, and is equipped with an integrated evaporator coil. It has a 1/3 horsepower speed of 1100 RPM for ideal air conditioning performance.

A 1/3 horsepower motor is designed for convenient operation, reliability and quiet operation. In the event of a power loss, an electronic circuit breaker will trip open to prevent damage from electrical overload. The motor runs on two-speed single phase 115 volt 1 ph, 60 Hz which allows for ease of operation. Comes with vertical End Plug mounting base
