Your Y YORK HOT WATER VALVE controls the amount of water in the termostat housing. This valve has a 1/2-inch pipe thread; and adjusts temperature by switching between hot and cold water. It is typically located behind the hot water heater.

Built to York's exacting specifications, the S1 Control Center is ideal for Central Boiler furnaces to control heat levels for a more consistent heat output. The timer is automatically set at factory default (240) and can be adjusted from 0 to 240 minutes. Included with the Control Center is a snap-in wiring terminal that makes installation easier and allows you to check the operation of the timer before you operate your boiler.
