The HSI ignitor is designed to replace the following ignitors: 601XBM Hot Surface Ignitor (for use on Equus and Northeaster units) The HSI ignitor is typically installed on the flame rod assembly, and is used for all Equus and Northeaster Evacuated Tube units.
