The original grommet for use in covered wire termination. If the equipment will be exposed to abrasion or moisture, consider using a SBR grommet. For abrasion applications, a silicone rubber grommet is recommended. A silicone rubber grommet is not suitable for use with a screw termination. Use a Steel Wire Rope Grommet, SBR type for that application.
