The S1-ODF BURNER is a specially designed product by YORK to apply extreme conditions in ODF operation. The features of this product are its exceptionally strong structure, maximum quality of the parts and surface treatments, the capability of containing any required amount of gap-free thermal contact required due to space limitations for application in ODF system.

This Orifice measures 2.250" (approx 55) and is used on the following York Model Numbers:

The burner is a KOMBI style burner with a 30" gas cook top for cooking food at low to medium temperatures within a large kitchen, This 30" gas cook top features 4 cast iron grates and one extra large cast iron griddle all of which are removable for easy cleaning. The burners on this five-burner gas cook top feature Y-shaped shields that allow the natural flow of the flames while protecting the cook from the heat.
