The S1 panel has been designed to replace the demand defrost control on AGA Cooking Solutions, B22T/A Aga Cookers.

The Sunpentown DEFROST thermal protection and demand defrost control will eliminate frost buildup in your refrigerator and freezer. Installation of the defrost system is easy-you simply connect it in line with your existing defrost wires. The defrost control is 0-60F adjustable.

The S1-03101975001 9" (240mm) sectional grille has a Demand Defrost Control that will automatically switch power to the heating elements, and then back again when the temperature falls below a certain level. The combination of a duct booster fan and a back pressure regulator assists in drawing off heat and smoke and exhausting it away from the cookhouse. The 9" (240mm) deep modular sectional grid is suitable for many different applications, including fast food service or other quick service kitchen applications where a high volume of power is required.

The DFC (Demand Defrost Control) allows you to defrost your refrigerator's evaporator coil without the use of a fixed schedule. It is generally recommended that the evaporator coil be defrosted as needed, depending upon the application and local climate.

The S1-03101975001 is an Ice and Water Dispenser control board used with various over the range microwave ovens. It has been superseded by S1-0302191001 which is a new production board. S1-0302191001 uses multi pin connectors that require installation on microwave end of the harness and not at the switches or plugs as with S1-03101975001 . The two harness plugs at plugs PL2 and C8 are unique to this part number.
