The York S1-031 wall sensor can be used to control up to four thermostats. It is designed to fit applications where conventional flat sensors do not fit. The S1-031 wall or sloped sensor will detect a change or presence of heat from a heat source. When the heat is cut off, the sensor will drop down to a standby position and remain in standby until heat is restored. If heat is not restored to the sensor within a predetermined time, the sensor will go back into standby mode.
