The 160587 2.5' Sampling Tube is an S1-STN-2.5, designed to extract samples from full-flow liquified gases and liquids at high operating pressures. The tube is constructed of 316 stainless steel and is used in conjunction with sampling valves (sold separately).

The two-piece sampling tube S1 with 2.5' (75 cm) extension offers airtight isolation between sampling and process lines. The STN version with a stainless steel body is for use with fluids not contaminated by aggressive chemicals, whereas the STL version is made of PFA and is suitable for aggressive media, e.g., hydrocarbons and concentrated acids and bases.

The York S1-STN-2.5 2.5' Sample Tube connects to any of our sludge samplers through the S1 inlet port. It is constructed from a catheter style PVC material and has a smooth inside surface. The assembly can be disassembled for cleaning after sampling has been completed. Requirements: Sampler Socket part number Y-10277, which is sold separately.

Always ready for use, the Sampling Tube is just that--a durable sampling tube that is at the ready to sample the depths of HVAC systems. A sturdy tubular handle makes it easier to control while an adjustable shut-off valve helps avoid contamination.
