The Schlage ALX 80 Commercial is a heavy duty high security deadbolt that is used in commercial applications where a higher level of security is required. The Schlage Deadbolt features a 1-3/4" square throw and is constructed of thick solid steel. It features a hardened bolt and case with Anti-pick shield to resist tampering. The deadbolt has been designed with 3 locking positions allowing the bolt to be retracted into the door at different positions providing added security against lock bumping attacks.

The ALX commercial lock is designed for use in the 2-3/4 in. (70 mm) bore size and meets all ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards. It features a stainless steel, cylindrical deadbolt that resists wear and corrosion, while the vandal resistant cylindrical lock case resists hammering and crowbar attacks. The 5-pin cylinder provides greater security than traditional pin & tumbler locks. With an operating force of 45 lbs, the lock can withstand high-force impacts without breaking or malfunctioning, giving you increased confidence that your assets are protected.
