This Schlage commercial lock has a zinc-plated body and 1 3/8" (35 mm) tall x 1 3/8" (35 mm) wide brass case with a core drill protection of 1 1/2" (38 mm). The case is constructed with a 2-3/4" (70 mm) mortise, and the throwbolt is mounted on the right hand side.

These door closers are designed to be used with commercial steel fire exit devices, and are not for use with residential applications. They are intended for use on fire escape doors and have a concealed mounting surface. This closer meets the requirements of ANSI/BHMA A156.2, Grade 1 and ANSI/BHMA A100.1, Grade 1.

The add-on cylinder allows the hotel to open and close their rooms with a knob lock. The knob is turned 90 degrees and then pushed into the latch to open, much like a door handle of a house. When the knob is pulled back out, it will be locked and you will have to use your key card to open it. This product is also available in other configurations for different needs.
