They come with either a four- or five-position rotary dial, which can be configured as user codes, time of day (ToD) locks, or both. The D40S can be used on privacy, sash and glass applications. Approved by ANSI/BHMA A156.10 per US/Canada and ANSI/BHMA A156.19 standard requirements.

It comes with a high-performance drill resistant hardened steel construction that resists corrosion and rust and features an exclusive keyway locking mechanism, preventing unauthorized key duplication. The deadbolt has a 2 ¼” backset, allowing easy installation in wood or metal doors. The product includes two keys and will accommodate up to five locks total.
