This Schlage FCT92CEN716 CEN SERIES ESC Series Security Exterior Handleset, one-sided, is created with a unique Externally Secured device (see below). The Century Series security handleset series is designed to separate the latch and deadbolt into two different pieces. This design provides additional security by requiring a person to go through customizing for a deadbolt that has various features that are commonly used in residential construction, and it requires an individual to go through the Locksmith if there's ever a need to change or re-key the locks.
This Schlage Century FCT 92 CEN 716 house keyless entry lock features a customizable, one-sided (interior side sold separately) design that allows customization of your deadbolt to be aesthetic as well as functional. Its white satin finish and classic lever style is ideal for use in both residential and commercial applications. In addition, it is made from durable steel material that undergoes an environmentally friendly powder coated process for lasting performance.
The Century Custom is a one sided door trim that combines the sleek lines of our furniture inspired sets with the strength and durability of a standard three-trim, perimeter deadbolt deadlatch. With its full body construction, the Century is particularly suited for use on thicker or minimum 2-3/8" (60 mm) doors where three trims would typically be required. The Century Custom fits into an existing hole size 1 3/4" x 1 3/8" or smaller providing homeowners with added security and keyed alike convenience. A single 5-1/8 in. backset mortise entry door lock for deadbolts with a 3/4 guard. The FCT92CEN714 features a square escutcheon design, and comes with two external one-sided brushed chrome Century dummy handles (supplied hardware suitable for 9/16 in. thick doors).
