It is designed to be used on either fire or non-fire rated applications and comes in many different finishes to complement any decor. The ND25D-ATH-612 is a 2 3/4" backset device with a keyed cylinder for added security that also includes an adjustable latching level to help prevent lock bumping. This exit device can be used for single doors in addition to dual door applications and it meets code requirements for the NEC and ADA as well as ANSI A156.

The ND25D-ATH is a Heavy Duty Exit Device that is commercial grade and features Dual Technology for exit control. This unit has a deadlocking latchbolt to aid in holding the door closed, as well as an active latchbolt so that both will engage at the same time and prevent unauthorized opening of the door. The active latchbolt also provides an indicator when it is in the locked position, which acts as a double check for use in high risk areas.

The ND25D-ATH-612 is a commercial deadbolt that comes in 2 finishes, Nickel and Bright Chrome. It provides the ultimate in security and quality, making it an ideal choice for applications where both are paramount. This deadbolt features a Sargent & Greenleaf Grade 1 commercial cylinder with unique rotating collar locking mechanism to prevent lock bumping.
