PS904 4 AMP POWER SUPPLY
The PS904 4-Amp Power Supply is a solid state AC/DC power supply. It can be used to power and operate virtually all authorized Schlage and Yale electrical devices, including but not limited to: door locks, locksets, communicators, annunciators (including HomeLink and Sears Easy Entry devices), transmitters and receivers (including garage door openers and Wireless Keypad Locks), keypads and connected indicators (including holdup/panic beacons) and many other electronic input/output devices. The PS904 also includes an interface board that provides four standard RJ11 modular jacks
The short description of the PS904 is that it's a 4 Amp power supply. Let me explain...
The PS904 4-Amp power supply is designed with fire alarm applications in mind. It has a built-in fire alarm interface board that converts a standard fire alarm panel into an addressable device for connection to a facility's central security system. The board requires only four wires to permit connection of up to four relay outputs to the alarm, and provides connections to the facility's central security system for enabling and disabling the relays remotely.
The PS904 power supply offers 4 amp maximum current with a 600 watt (12/24 VDC) output and a 200 watt (100-120VAC) input power
The PS904 delivers 4 Amps of power to control environments including fire alarm, security, and life safety systems.
The PS904 Electronic Power Supply is a high-quality, Class 2, 4-channel power supply that has a low dropout regulator with an output voltage accuracy of 0.5%. The power supply is perfect for accessories or fixtures that require a low voltage DC power source. In addition to providing 4 channels of constant voltage, the power supply also provides 4 channels of momentary relay contacts in both SPDT and DPDT configurations. Features Include:
The PS904 is the perfect power supply for home and commercial security and automation . It will last with high quality components and heavy duty protection circuitry, which ensures that under serious faults, there is negligible output current available to cause serious harm downstream.
