This is a digital keypad Schlage model B81-613 RESIDENTIAL LOCK 12-321 X 10-116 ONE-SIDED W/ EXT PLATE. This digital deadbolt lock is programmable, self lubricating and comes with a full one year warranty. It features an adjustable backset and color indicator lights to let you know when the battery is low or if there has been any activity. The customizable features include up to 15 user codes, timeouts and auto relock time of 2 to 120 seconds.

Schlage B81-613 is a 12-321 X 10-116 ONE-SIDED W/ EXT PLATE. This product has a Heavy Duty, Mortise style cylinder. It is available in an ANSI Grade 2 (Grade 2) finish and comes standard with Schlage’s patented SecureKey rekeying technology.
