It is UL Recognized & CSA Certified for use in Class I, Division II, Groups B,C,D,G Class II, Division 1 & 2 Groups F,G,R Class III & V Hazardous Locations.

The Square D 8910 Series Contactor is an indoor, replaceable unit, 3 pole, 60Amp contactor with no overload feature designed for use in the outdoor switchgear which provides the interface between the generators and the load. It is equipped with a Copper-Silver Alloy contact and core. The contactor is used in conjunction with outdoor air circuit breakers. This unit complies to ANSI/IEEE C37.08 for 60Amp single phase conventional air circuit breakers.
