The 2-position 20A DCAActuator has been designed for use with all types of modular switches (EQ) including CT235 series. To ensure maximum safety and operating reliability the actuator is complemented with a protective cover and safety catch. The actuator can be used as a separate part or combined with other accessories like contour-fit enclosures, pull handles, or flush release accessories.

The Siemens GQD121.1P Building Technology 2-position, 20 amp residential air/heat pump actuator upgrades the standard 3-position actuator with additional programmable positions for optimum comfort and efficiency. This dual-coil DCA (direct current actuator) is compatible with gas furnaces or heat pumps. A self-contained unit, it features an on/off switch and an automatic reset mechanism.
The DCA rotary actuator consists of a DC motor with attached gear unit connected via a concentric shaft to a rotary drive and return section. The return section is cross-shaped, with two opposed rows of conical springs which take up the force from the load.
The GQD121.1P is a high power 2 position mechanical actuator with integrated brake and switching function to be used in combination with the DFR-21.21 module, but can also be used individually for direct connection to other drive units. The functional equivalent of electromechanical actuators, this stand-alone DCA offers higher performance and larger force ratings compared to electromagnetic counterparts. Overall durability and reliability are greatly improved thanks to increased reliability of its mechanical components.

The Siemens GQD121.1P is a 2-position, normally open, semiconductor device ideal for use in indicator circuits or other control applications. When the actuator reaches the fully open position it cuts off power from the load automatically. The GQD121.1P device uses no mechanical switches to control the flow of AC power to the load. It has no thermal protector and can be applied in circuit with a wide range of silicon rectifiers.
