The RHEEM Pilot power vent gas/oil control valve operates pilot burners on natural gas or liquid propane (LP) appliances, furnaces and boilers (except closed-vent products). It automatically adjusts the air intake and the fuel input to ensure an optimal flame. The Stove Gas Control Valve features a lever on the front of the control knob that prevents accidental operation of the appliance.
The Rheem Pilot Power Vent System (RPI-V1742VHE ) provides fresh air ventilation, a superior operating position and is a direct replacement for the existing cracked or missing pneumatic power vent cover.
