The Rheem Power Vent is a high efficiency, gas-fired, packaged unit. The ignition/reignition system uses an electronically controlled spark module and a glowing pilot assembly. The furnace offers electronic blower control (EBC) to allow for burner modulation. The fan is deactivated when the burner is not firing.

The PowerVent System is a gas/electric hybrid unit that combines the best features of gas and electric technologies. Based on your preferences, you can choose between a ventless or an indoor component. And it's sealed combustion technology allows it to be used as a direct vent system.
