The SP5870C is an LP gas valve kit that includes a manual reset device, trim kit, anti-rotation bracket, with necessary hardware and instructions for installing a replacement gas valve and safety pressure regulator on Ruud brand furnaces. Manufactured in the USA by Rheem, this LP gas valve kit can be installed to replace an existing defective part, or as a quick fix before more costly repairs.

This valve kit is used with the SP5870C Ruud series water heater. It also fits many brands outside of Ruud for LP gas valve replacement.
