The difference between this 40 Second Purge Timer and our standard timer is that the dial can be reset to position to 20 seconds.

The Honeywell ST7800A-104 is a 40 Second Purge Timer that provides automatic purge to ensure pipe burners only burn fuel when there is an active flame. This 40 second timer is non resettable, it has no adjustment and can be used with pressure type gas valves up to 1/2" diameter. Connects easily with supplied tubing to the gas valve input.

Honeywell makes a lot of different timers, but, with the 40-Second Purge Timer, all you get to do is purge. Four minutes of continuous cleaning and purging comes after the initial "purge two seconds followed by a one second purge until done" first two minutes. That's it. Save $25 on this 40-second model.

The ST7800A104 40-Second Purge Timer is designed for use with HCS Series, MH Series, TMH Series, TPH Series, TMX Series, THM Series and TSM Series Heat/Cool Thermostats. The maximum display allow for 9999 minutes but is restricted from showing more than 99 minutes. This item does not include installation components or hardware, nor does it have an RS-232 Port for integration of external control systems.
