The Subaru Robin Element Foam Air Cleaner removes dust particles and air pollutants from the air. Following a complete visual inspection and replacement of the activated carbon element the foam is charged with a molding gas which introduces the appropriate amount of ceramic to the foam. The resulting structure is inert and chemically stable. The ceramic material in the foam acts as a catalyst to adsorb airborne pollutants.
